Training camp Hamburg-Langenhorn

A new barracks complex with modern facilities was ready to receive the young hopeful Danes. After a period of classroom instruction, training in discipline and marching began. However, there was no dedicated training ground attached to the camp, so the local sports field was used for parades and drill formations. Only limited shooting practice was conducted, and it soon became clear that this was only a short phase before being transferred to another camp for proper military training.
