Discussion forum

There are a number of internet forums abroad and in Denmark where the subject of war/military is discussed. Unfortunately, there has been a tendency toward either politicization or a “we only accept our own opinion” approach, and therefore the sites are often too one-sided. There is also, unfortunately, a tendency for the handling of presented topics to be at too low a level and driven by envy rather than constructive debate. In general, it can be seen that only a small number of users carry the academic workload and contribute the vast majority of posts. I support the debate and discussion of military history, but so far I have not actively participated in various forums.

(now deleted) The forum was specifically designed for the topic: Danish volunteers in German service and related groupings.

“Discussion forum” has, in a figurative sense, used the book of the same name.
